Step into the world of Innovative Design & Modern Technology

With over 11 years of experience in the AEC industry as a BIM professional, I have honed my skills in leading and coordinating multidisciplinary teams to create accurate and workable 3D models. My commitment revolves around leveraging technology to improve both the design and construction phases, placing a strong emphasis on streamlining workflow efficiency for High-rise, Mixed Used Building, Hotels, Condominiums, Train Stations and Airports to small scale projects.

Growing up in the countryside of the Philippines, I learned early on that technology plays an essential role in our daily lives. Even as a child, I was fascinated by how technology could shape the world we live in today. I was always eager to explore new innovations, gadgets, and advancements.

Each year, my excitement grows as I discover new technologies and software and learn how they can be applied to improve everyday life. This curiosity eventually led me to Building Information Modeling (BIM) and its software, as well as the various ways to harness its potential in the AEC industry, particularly in line with established BIM standards and protocols.

Bio

My approach

I’ve always been intrigued by the complexities of different BIM tools and technologies, and how they can be applied to each project I work on. One key lesson I’ve learned is that technology is constantly evolving, innovating in ways that often exceed our expectations. This drives me to continuously stay informed about the latest trends in the AEC industry, particularly in the world of BIM.

When it comes to problem-solving, I believe in exploring all possible solutions, even when the answer isn't immediately apparent. This open-minded approach allows me to discover solutions without restricting my thinking and creativity.

Education

My educational journey has equipped me to always find solutions to any problem I faced. Since then, I’ve always been inclined to Architecture and Interior Design even if I took a different course when I was studying. And now, in the other aspects of Civil Engineering, I took advantage of all the analytical and logical thinking into making my creativity and knowledge more useful in finding solutions on how to make the design process more efficient and practical in so many ways.

Project number, location, description of the project and its particularities.

Who will be responsible for each of the involved process?

The strategic value and specific BIM uses of the project must be documented.

One of the main tasks is to define the coordinator(s) of the planning and implementation process throughout the various stages of the project. This is particularly important when identifying the organizations that will initiate the development of the BIM plan, as well as the staff required to implement the plan successfully.

This section should illustrate the execution process through the use of process maps that are developed in the second step of the planning procedure.

The model elements and the level of detail required to implement each use of BIM should be clearly defined in the information exchange requirements.

The team should develop its digital and collaborative activity procedures. This includes defining model management procedures (e.g. file structures and file permissions).

A procedure should be developed and monitored to ensure that project participants comply with the requirements defined in the BEP which includes the level of detail and development.

The hardware, software and network infrastructure needed to execute the plan should be determined.

The team should analyze and document elements such as model structure, file naming structure, coordinate system and modelling standards.

The deliverables required by the owner should be documented or EIR.

This section should describe the delivery strategy to be used in the project.
